Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources activities within the company.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Conducting employee performance evaluations
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR issues
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions
