Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Coordinate the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance appraisals, and identifying training and development needs.
• Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR best practices. A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is required.
