Job Responsibilities

• Fully support HRBP (C&B) to ensure monthly tasks run smoothly
• Submit and perform timely and accurate payroll administration
• Submit general HR Report (attendance, leave, claim etc.)
• Ensure all procedures and practices comply with employment laws and HR policies
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including new hire paperwork, exit interviews, and necessary documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for employees and support employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns
• Assist in HR policy development and implementation
• Provide support and implement employee engagement/HR initiatives and activities
• Assist in compiling and analyzing HR metrics and data for reporting purposes
• Handle daily office administration
• Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Administration

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related fields
• Possess a high level of integrity, initiative, commitment, and sense of urgency
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are welcomed to apply
