Job Description
Position Summary
Join us as an Employee Engagement & Communications Intern to bring fresh perspectives and innovate engagement strategies. Enhance employee engagement, work on creative projects, research communication channels, and develop engaging content.
Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance employee engagement creatively
- Assist in creative projects and process optimization
- Research and implement new communication platforms
- Develop engaging content in various formats
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with CGPA of 3.00
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic video editing
- Content development or digital marketing experience is a plus
- Effective time management and goal-driven
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: From RM1,00.00 per month
