Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at SINERGIA TALENTS SDN BHD. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Conducting and overseeing employee performance evaluations
- Handling employee relations issues and providing coaching and guidance
- Developing and implementing training and development programs
