Job Description

As the HR & Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources and financial operations of our organization. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our staff and financial resources are effectively utilized to meet our strategic goals.

In the HR aspect, you will lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain talented individuals who will drive our company forward. You will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee benefits, and handle employee relations to create a positive and productive work environment.

On the finance side, you will oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities. You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial reports, and analyze financial data to assist in strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
