Job Description
Training Responsibilities:
- Conducts Basic Manufacturing Programmed for new workers
- Conducts Soft Skills training for Non-Executive level
- Coordinates and ensure On The Job Training (OJT) is performed as scheduled (ensuring new modules to be included for new production line)
- Coordinates customized training as per department request
- Coordinates and liaises with external Consultants on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from Head of Divisions / Departments
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis Group-wide
- Manages Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) claims
- Develops and maintains training library
- Reports on annual/monthly/weekly training activities and costing
- To assist and undertake additional assignments/tasks from superior from time to time
- 1 year experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
