Job Description
As an HR Executive – Talent Acquisition, you will play a vital role in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
This position requires exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be representing our company to potential candidates. You should have a deep understanding of the job market, current recruitment trends, and the ability to identify and attract candidates who align with our company’s values and culture.
Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, and knowledge of HR best practices. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
