Job Description
Location: Setia Alam
Salary: RM 3,00 – RM 4,500 per month
Working Days: 5 Days a week
Responsibilities: Involved in payroll calculations, overtime, staff attendance checks, medical claims, and leave updates. Manage recruitment documentation and staff movements including transfers and resignations. Liaise with government authorities such as Labour Office, EPF, and SOCSO. Address employee discipline issues and assist with other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements: Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and maintain confidentiality.
