Job Description

Perodua Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to enhance our recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring recruitment activities throughout the year. Key tasks include initiating recruitment activities, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining an employment record and recruitment database.

Requirements: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and strong communication skills are essential.
