Job Description
Location: Kapar Klang
Salary: RM 3,00 – RM 4,00
Working Days: 5 days/week
Responsibilities:
- Support Human Resource activities: Payroll, Overtime, Attendance, Medical Claims, Leave updates.
- Coordinate recruitment documentation and staff movements.
- Liaise with Government Authorities (Labour Office, EPF, SOCSO).
- Handle employee discipline issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Discreet and maintains confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM 3,00.00 – RM 4,00.00 per month
