Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and developing our organization’s human resources. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
- Administer performance management programs to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
