Job Description
Havas Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and dedicated HR Executive to join our team at Jaya One, Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will oversee personnel management, employee welfare, and the maintenance of HR records. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting recruitment efforts which involve job postings and scheduling interviews.
Qualifications include a diploma or degree in HR Administration or a related field, along with 2 years of experience in payroll processing and management. An understanding of payroll systems and intermediate proficiency in English are essential.
