Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various human resources functions within our organization.

Your main duties will include:

• Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Managing employee onboarding and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Handling employee relations issues and providing guidance on various HR policies and procedures.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of HR best practices. Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations are preferred.
