Job Description
Location: Bandar Sunway Geo
Job Summary
To support the HR Manager in the full spectrum of HR operations.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
● Perform full cycle of recruitment process which includes but not limited to, recruitment & selection, onboarding and offboarding.
● Manages and maintains office policy and procedure documentation.
● Administer new employee onboarding and orientation.
● Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
● Review daily attendance and leave applications.
● Update employee handbook and company policies on a regular basis.
● Organize team building events/activities.
● Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or a similar field.
● 1 – 2 years experience in human resources.
● Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
● Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
● Strong listening and communication skills.
● Have the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
● Creative thinking with an excellent eye for detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,300.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
