Job Description

To support and execute all Human Resource functions including Payroll Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR administrative tasks. Administer and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities. Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases. Assist in other ad-hoc HR functions when necessary.
