Job Information

Job Description

• Review and screen resumes and applications.
• Conduct recruitment interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• Work with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific job positions.
• Maintain HR records; update master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
• Handle employee insurance-related issues.
• Conduct employee orientation; communicate and explain the company’s HR policies to employees.
• Follow-up and ensure compliance with statutory obligations – EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, etc.
• Administer all contract employees or internship trainees.
• Conduct various welfare activities.
• Prepare and process attendance checks, leave management, overtime calculation, monthly payroll.
• Record, maintain, and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Resolve grievances or queries from any of the employees.
• Check travel expenses, vendor bills, or employee medical claims.
• Prepare letters such as appointment, confirmation, etc.
• Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.
• Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective managers.
• Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the company.
• Maintain Employee Handbook, HR Policies, HR SOP, and forms.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
