Job Description
What are your job responsibilities?
- We are hiring HR Assistant / Executive who possess good organization skill and good follow-up skill.
What is your Job Scope?
- In-charge and manage Government MITI CIMS application and update.
- Support the team in handling Covid-19 matters and preventative measures.
- Check and supervise preventative measure kits and equipment are sufficient and in order.
- In-charge of filing system and ensure strong documentation within the department.
- Assist in HR projects, such as ensuring employees’ profiles up-to-date.
- Assist in HR reports when and as required.
- Assist in Recruitment process such as onboarding processing, new joiner kits, compiling relevant documents, etc.
- Assist and coordinate for HR Regional matters.
- Update organization chart as per updated headcount/ existing employees.
- Handle and support any HR operations’ functions when required.
- Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- At least 1 year of working experience in Human Resources.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Well-versed and always up-to-date with Malaysian Labour Laws or regulations related to HR policies.
- Aggressive, proactive, and able to work under a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Ability for Mandarin speaking is an advantage in order to deal with our China & Hong Kong counterparts.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lead the HR & Admin team.
- Good people skills and able to deal with all levels of employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
