Job Description
Job Requirement / Responsibility:
- To organize all recruitment-related activities including screening of resumes, arranging interviews, and conducting interviews.
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Handle junior to mid-level recruitment and ensure compliance with MOM rules.
- Prepare employment letters, conduct orientations, and compile HR metrics for reporting.
Employee Relations:
- Act as primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate communication between staff and departments for a harmonious work environment.
- Address and resolve cultural differences or integration challenges.
Required Candidate:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities
- Malaysian only, test/assessment will be conducted
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: RM2,700 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
