• Our client is a well-known Education Technology company that matches students with colleges and universities locally and overseas. They are looking for a Human Resource Executive to be based in Sunway Geo Avenue.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the end to end recruitment process and handling of on-boarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new employees.
• Coordinate training programs to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning.
• Support the implementation of career development initiatives for employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Contribute to HR projects such as employee surveys, policy changes, and process improvements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
• Facilitate effective communication channels within the organization, ensuring dissemination of important information to employees.

Requirements:

• Qualification in bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or any related field.
• Preferable working experience in human resources for 1-2 years.
• Fresh graduates will be considered with relevant internship experience.
• Sound knowledge & exposure to HR practices and the Employment Act.
