Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job vacancies, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Work closely with department managers to understand personnel needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Foster effective communication and resolve employee conflicts to create a positive work environment.
- Implement and manage employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and plans.
Salary Administration:
- Manage end-to-end salary processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate and process salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensation-related matters.
- Resolve wage-related queries and discrepancies promptly.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
Performance Management:
- Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and monitor employee progress.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Oversee general office management, including facility management and procurement.
- Manage travel arrangements.
- Provide support for various administrative tasks as required.
- Manage company travel.
- Assist the marketing department in events as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HR management or similar roles.
- Experience with HR management systems/applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, especially employment contracts, employee leave, and insurance.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.
