Job Description
HR related scope include:
- Incharge of staff recruitment and manpower planning.
- Incharge of the monthly statutory payment and payroll report.
- Maintain and update employees’ personal records.
- Preparations of HR & Administration Department correspondences.
- Liaise with statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and others third parties on related issues.
- Able to provide training to employees when necessary.
- Assist to develop relevant HR policies and procedures, act as the custodian of all HR policies to ensure compliance and also to support the Managers accordingly.
- Assist to provide advice on HR disciplinary issues/disputes.
Admin related scope include:
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and etc.
- Process incoming emails and calls.
- Maintain office supplies where necessary.
- Responsible for other administration activities such as application form, registration, licensing, all related to retail tasks.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required by the superior.
