Job Description
1. Hiring and Onboarding.
2. Handle payroll, claim, OT & etc.
3. Monitoring staff attendance & leave.
4. Update records of new staff.
5. Schedule meetings, interviews & do agendas.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends.
7. Support general office administrative work.
8. Issues Invoices.
9. Update cash-in & cash out on the company’s system (Xero).
10. Update order and purge back end website.
11. Event Management & vendor relations.
12. Update company events on google calendar.
13. Responsible for any other duties that superiors given time to time.
