Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an HR cum Admin Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to both the HR department and the overall administrative functions of the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and policies.
  • Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Supporting the HR department with various tasks, including performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assisting in organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not required.
