Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing human resources operations and initiatives that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to understand business needs and develop HR strategies to support growth and success.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Lead performance appraisal cycles and implement talent development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
