Job Description
Position: HR Assistant Telok Gong

Job Description:
- Responsible for updating daily attendance records, allowances, and monthly payroll calculations.
- Monitoring and updating staff attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Handling office administrative tasks.
- Support in preparing HR documents, data entry, and filing.
- Handling monthly stock reports and procurement tasks.
- Engagement in company activities such as 5S Audit and Kaizen.
Job Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma holder.
- Experience in administrative tasks is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good team player with a basic understanding of HR functions.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
- Positive attitude, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,00.00 per month
