Job Scope:

• Responsible for HR functions including recruitment, employee welfare, and more.
• Update HR files (salary payments, personal files, etc.) in an organized manner.
• Handle company emails/WhatsApp and respond to inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with all departments within the company.
• Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave, and claims.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills in both Malay and English
• Own transportation required
