Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll activities of the Company, including payroll processing, preparation of payroll report and statutory payment, process and update of staff employment status, etc;
- Assist in implementing/administering compensation and benefit plans such as staffs’ medical claim, insurance claim, leave record, or any other new benefit programs;
- Assist in sourcing, reviewing, proposing, planning and implementing competitive compensation and benefit packages/programs;
- Participate in salary/ benefits/ Compensation & Benefit related survey;
- Perform analysis related to pay/ benefits and make appropriate proposal to the Management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant field;
- Preferably candidates with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience;
- Creative, self-starter, aggressive, possess good analytical skills, can-do attitude and positive mindset;
- Possess good interpersonal skills, high team spirit and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people;
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel;
- Good in mathematics with logical thinking;
- Interested in working with figures and doing analysis.
