Job Description

Mighty Bakery Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to manage full spectrum HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Processing, and Performance Appraisal.

Responsibilities: Handle monthly payroll, manage attendance and leaves, recruit for Sales Branches, and maintain updated HR databases.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in HR Management, 1-year experience, knowledge of Labor Law, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Competent in building relationships and capable of multitasking under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduates welcome. Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month plus yearly bonus.
