Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining employee files and records, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Additionally, you will assist with new employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of confidentiality. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also essential for this position.
