Job Description
Talent Houz is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant cum Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage full-life cycle recruitment, from identifying key role requirements to onboarding new employees. You will partner with hiring managers to promote diversity initiatives and build a robust talent pipeline. In addition, you’ll support HR-related issues including compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
This full-time position offers a salary ranging from RM2,200.00 to RM3,500.00 per month, with opportunities for promotion and professional development. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, with supplemental commission pay available.
