Job Description
Position: HR Assistant cum Admin

Responsibilities:
- To assist in attendance, overtime, and leave record keeping.
- Prepare contract drafts, maintain templates, and handle work permits/visas.
- Manage FWCS registration/renewal/termination and work permit renewals.
- Organize staff personal files and issue HR-related letters.
- Maintain a confidential personnel records system.
- Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks.
