Job Description

  • Position title: HR & Administration Manager
  • Salary: RM 700-800
  • Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Our client, Chrisjac Recruitment Services, is a well-established electrical home appliances retail store with multiple outlets in the Klang Valley. They are currently seeking an experienced HR professional to fill the role of HR & Administration Manager at their corporate office in Subang Jaya.

This position will oversee HR functions for the entire retail business operations in Malaysia. As the HR Manager, you will provide proactive and responsive generalist HR services to the management team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and guidance on employment legislation, HR policies, and procedures
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment activities
  • Administer payroll
  • Support disciplinary, grievance, appeal, and long-term sick meetings

Requirements:

The ideal candidate, aged 35-45, will have a Diploma or degree qualification in HR or Business and prior HR experience, preferably in the retail industry. Strong command of English, both spoken and written, along with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, is highly desired.
