- HR related matters such as employee relations, industrial relations
- General Affairs/Administration
- a. Security matters, factory housekeeping, parking
- b. Employee welfare such as canteen, transport, prayer room, uniforms
- c. Expatriate matters include application of employment pass, emergencies matters
- Ensure company compliance of management system; not limit to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirement establishment, knowledge, and implementation.
