Job Description

1. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
4. Manage the recruitment and selection process with Hiring Managers
5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
6. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
9. Administrate the Compensation and Benefit program of the company
10. Maintain the General Hospitalization Scheme (Insurance) accordingly
11. Monitor the Office Operation and Admin Operation
