Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an HR & Admin Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources and administrative functions within our organization.
As the HR & Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent. You will develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies to ensure the smooth operation of our workforce. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits, administering performance evaluations, and handling employee relations issues.
Furthermore, you will oversee the administrative functions of the organization, including office management, facilities management, and vendor management. You will ensure that all administrative processes are efficient and effective, providing support to both internal team members and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in human resources and administration, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You should have a solid understanding of HR laws and regulations, as well as experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
