Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will handle various administrative tasks, including:
Document Scanning:
- Scan hardcopy HR documents to create high-quality digital copies.
Filing and Organization:
- Label and categorize scanned documents for easy retrieval.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Confidentiality:
- Handle employee-related documents with strict confidentiality.
