Summary:
- The HR Admin will provide administrative support to the HR department, managing tasks such as document management and policy formatting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Transfer and format HR policies into templates.
- Maintain up-to-date policy documentation.
- Convert files from PDF to Word format.
- Develop HR checklists based on country regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree holder with HR admin experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
