Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling general full set administrative duties.
- Ensure all accounts receivable transactions are updated timely and accurately.
- Perform all necessary account, and other reconciliations when necessary.
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
- Proceed with getting PKFZ approvals on eCAF and filing.
- To undertake other ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in HR Administration or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Admin.
- Willing to work in West Port, Klang.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
