The Mission You Will Take On – What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end process for Foreign Worker Administration, including quota applications, permit renewals, FOMEMA, ticket bookings, and more.
- Provide operational support to the Head of Department (HOD), clients, and project owners in administrative tasks and communication.
- Monitor and report relevant government information and activities to the HOD on a daily basis.
- Maintain and regularly update records of foreign employees.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations and keep the HOD updated.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Foreign Worker Administration in the Manufacturing or Retail/Construction Sector.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin speaking candidates will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to coordinate with government agencies and departments responsible for labor and immigration to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Age: 22 – 30.
