Job Description
Responsibility:
- Responsible for assisting in the management of foreign workers, including permit and passport renewal, cancellation, etc.
- Arrange timely FOMEMA check-ups for foreign workers.
- Coordinate the application quota for foreign workers by liaising with the agency.
- Ensure successful permit renewals before the expiry date for all foreign workers.
- Attend to government department matters such as stamping, complaints, abscond issues, or other statutory requirements.
- Work closely with all relevant parties in the documentation and administration of foreign workers.
- Keep the HR Manager & General Manager informed of all issues, decisions, and relevant external communication.
- Accurately process payroll in a timely manner.
- Perform any other ad-hoc HR or admin duties when assigned.
Requirement / Skills:
- Hold a degree in Business Administration/ HR Management.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling foreign workers.
- Positive attitude, energetic, and effective communication skills with foreign workers, the HR team, and the operations team.
- Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to outstation locations.
- Able to work under pressure, independently, and with high integrity.
- Available on-call for urgent matters related to foreign workers.
- Able to manage job requirements and workload well with minimal guidance.
- Exposure in the construction industry is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
