To be responsible for all aspects of HR, payroll, compensation and benefits, and foreign worker management. Includes administrative areas such as office management, facilities management, and policy development.

Responsibilities:

• Site Personnel benefits and welfare.
• Training and development.
• Employee welfare arrangement including company events, insurance, and medical related matters.
• Performance management.
• Housekeeping and management of service contractors.
• Prepare payroll processing and ensure compliance to regulations.
• Assist in Administrative Support.
• Carry out specific projects as assigned.
• Must have sound knowledge in payroll processing.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Min. 4 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards.
• Computer Literate.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Work location: Setia Alam, Selangor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
