Job Description

To be responsible for all aspects of HR, payroll, compensation and benefits, and foreign worker management. Includes administrative areas such as office management, facilities management, and policy development.
Responsibilities:
- Site Personnel benefits and welfare.
- Training and development.
- Employee welfare arrangement including company events, insurance, and medical related matters.
- Performance management.
- Housekeeping and management of service contractors.
- Prepare payroll processing and ensure compliance to regulations.
- Assist in Administrative Support.
- Carry out specific projects as assigned.
- Must have sound knowledge in payroll processing.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Min. 4 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards.
- Computer Literate.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Work location: Setia Alam, Selangor.

Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
