Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing attendance records, monthly payroll, and reports.
- Responsible for timely submission of CPF, Income tax.
- Processing employment letters, work pass applications.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and requirements.
- Assist in interview arrangements.
- Manage employee welfare activities.
- Maintain company’s HR Handbook, policies.
- Prepare Disciplinary Letters and Staff Memo.
- Perform training administration duties.
- Conduct new employee induction program.
- Manage organization chart and contact list changes.
- Respond to employee inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years HR background experience.
- Experience in Logistics and Transportation is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- English & Chinese proficiency.
