Job Description

A manufacturing company specialized in Rubber product in Balakong is currently seeking a committed and hardworking individual to join their successful team. The following roles and responsibilities are expected:

  • Oversee full spectrum of day-to-day HR matters
  • Handle complete recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Manage employment matters such as confirmation and termination letters, and memorandum correspondence
  • Manage staff compensation and benefits, including medical and insurance, leave management, etc.
  • Perform monthly payroll and statutory requirements
  • Handle foreign workers application, KDN submission, and foreign worker onboarding including Fomema checkup and accommodation arrangement
  • Liaise with local authorities and government bodies on HR-related matters
  • Ensure implementation and compliance of HR procedures for the company
  • Handle ISO meetings and audit sessions
  • Manage entire office administration matters

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and prevailing HR practices and procedures
  • Experience in payroll system
  • Experience and knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 1400 will be an added advantage
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Independent and able to multitask
  • Possess own transport and able to travel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
