Job Description

To assist day to day operations for the HR and Admin Dept

To assist in payroll preparation and statutory payments.

To provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executive

Experience in using HRMS INFO-TECH will be an advantage

To assist the HR & Admin Department on filing and data entry

To liaise with all departments on any matters related to HR & Admin.

Administer employee’s probation and confirmation, resignation, termination, contract renewal, and other related matters.

To coordinate in ad-hoc function which organized by the company.

Upkeep employee personal files and records.

To record-keeping on all employees’ details, email settings, liaison with IT team

To organize and administer recruitment activities

To arrange printing of office documents

To compile data and statistical information on office expenditure or other related reports upon request.

To assist in office administration (stationery, office equipment, upkeep and maintenance, cleaning service, refreshments, etc)

Any other duties as assigned to you from time to time.
