Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Assist in preparing reports like daily & monthly attendance tracking.
• Maintain employee records & update HR databases.
• Assist in recruitment by posting job ads & scheduling interviews.
• Prepare HR documents & memos.
• Participate in HR projects & organize events.
• Prepare HR-related letters & perform other assigned duties.

Office Administration:

• Manage office supplies & equipment.
• Organize office common areas & handle receptionist duties.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HR principles & proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills & ability to handle confidential information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
