Job Description

Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executives.
• Monitor and update employees’ attendance records.
• Assist in monthly retail employees’ payroll processing.
• Handle payroll-related data processing and liaise with Government Bodies.
• Collect employment and tax information.
• Assist in staff recruitment, hiring, and orientation.
• Maintain HR files and database.
• Provide administrative support and proper documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
