Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for handling front office duties, greeting guests, and answering the phone.
- Handle hotel booking, express check-in/out, and cash-handling responsibilities.
- Provide courteous service and respond tactfully to guests’ needs.
- Maintain customer service standards.
Requirements Candidate
- Minimum qualification: SPM.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Inggeris and Bahasa Malaysia, additional languages are advantageous.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Training will be provided. Age range: 17-35 years old.
