- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about hotel facilities and rates
- Respond to clients’ complaints promptly
- Liaise with housekeeping staff for room readiness
- Confirm group reservations and personalize services
- Upsell additional facilities and maintain booking records
Requirements and Skills:
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk or similar role
- Knowledge of travel planning websites
- Customer service attitude with excellent communication skills
- Preferably Malaysian, aged 20-35 with own transport and valid driving license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
