- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests and assign rooms
- Provide information about hotel facilities
- Handle client complaints professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Confirm group reservations and VIP services
- Upsell additional facilities
- Maintain booking records
Requirements and skills
- Experience in hotel front desk or similar
- Familiarity with booking websites
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Preference for Malaysian aged 20-35
- Own transport and valid driving license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
